This Thorp Equipment Warranty and Repair/Replace Policy and Procedures ("Warranty Policy") sets forth the warranty terms governing all Thorp Equipment products manufactured ("Products") supplied by Thorp Equipment directly to authorized third party distributors ("Business Partners") and valid customers without a designated Business Partner ("Customers") in accordance with applicable order forms and/or purchase agreements. Thorp Equipment reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy from time ot time. Any such amendment wil be regarded as approved upon receipt of written notice to customers and will take effect on all orders placed thereafter.
Thorp Equipment warrants that its equipment shall be free from any material defects and
workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery (the "Delivery Date"). nI the event the Delivery Date cannot be determined, the date on which Thorp Equipment issued an invoice for such equipment shall be considered the Delivery Date. For items not manufactured by Thorp Equipment, the warranty conditions of the supplier apply.
This warranty is to the original direct purchaser, manufacturer warrants to the original direct purchaser that ti will at its option, either repair, replace or otherwise correct any product acknowledged by the manufacturer to be defective in materials or workmanship.
ALL MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY OTHER FURTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND AL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR LABOR, TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER COSTS RESULTING FROM SUCH REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AND FOR INCINDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY SUSTAINED. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL AND VOID if MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO ABUSE, ACCIDENT, MISAPPLICATION, OR INSTALLATION NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS.

This warranty is specific to the following products/equipment which is manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel. It covers only the pieces manufactured from 304 Stainless Steel.
Thorp Equipment warrants that its equipment shall be free from any material defects and workmanship for a period of twenty years (240) months from the date of delivery (the "Delivery Date") at a prorated rate (See Chart Below). nI the event the Delivery Date cannot be determined, the date on which Thorp Equipment issued an invoice for such equipment shall be considered the Delivery Date. For items not manufactured by Thorp Equipment, the warranty conditions of the supplier apply.
